After weathering pressure from the home side in the opening 10 minutes, Town grew into the game and had a Matty Pearson goal from a corner disallowed due to an offside against Pat Jones.
We did take the lead before the interval, however, when Bojan Radulovic scored a fantastic first Town goal, receiving a pass from Jaheim Headley before side-stepping a defender and placing the ball past the goalkeeper.
Unfortunately Stoke City equalised with an equally impressive strike five minutes into the second 45, and afterwards both sides had chances to take all three points.
