Town put nine past Bodmin Town at Priory Park in first pre-season friendly

Despite the torrential Cornish rain, Town stuck to the task at hand and saw off Bodmin Town 9-0 at Priory Park in their first pre-season friendly of the summer!
Getting off to a fast start on an evening that would see five separate Terriers get on the scoresheet, Josh Koroma started Town off with a trademark curler in a half that also saw Tyreece Simpson finish neatly before Josh Ruffels unleased what was arguable the goal of the game, with Koroma converting from the spot after a foul on Rudoni to round out the half.
Making a host of changes, the second half saw two goals each for Kian Harratt and Pat Jones, with Kyle Hudlin also getting his name on the scoresheet as Town worked hard and remained professional for the full 90 minutes against a spirited Bodmin side.
Having already trained in the morning on their first day of our Cornwall and Devon tour, it was a professional display with two more tests to come this week against AFC Tavistock and Liskeard Athletic.
