Ahead of Tuesday night’s Premier League fixture away at AFC Bournemouth, Jonas Lössl spoke to #HTTV on how Town are beginning to turn their season around after a string of good performances in recent weeks.

Following on from David Wagner’s Press Conference ahead of the Bournemouth clash, Lössl backed-up his Head Coach’s statement about Town being a stronger side this season than they were last.

“Looking at the team’s that have come up they have definitely been stronger, we have felt that.

“On the other hand, I also think that we play some very good football. We have scored some goals now which is what we lacked in the first couple of games and we have played some decent football.

“I think we just need to keep at it and keep this momentum up.

“I think we’ve played some really good games this season, we’re just missing that one ingredient. Looking back at out last four games, I think the season is turning for us.”

Looking ahead to Tuesday night’s fixture, Town’s goalkeeper believes that Bournemouth pose a huge threat going forward and Town will need to be at their best to deal with Eddie Howe’s side.

“Last year they were a really good transition team and we needed to be stronger.

“They have some great attackers for them and they have been playing some great football this season, but maybe now is the right time for us to meet them.”

Town suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday at the John Smith’s Stadium, and told #HTTV that the Town dressing room will use the disappointment from that game to spur them on against Bournemouth.

“Instead of us focusing on that (the loss), I think we should focus on the fact we scored a goal just one minute in and we saw a positive performance on the pitch.

“We need to keep going at it. We’re going into Christmas now and it’s about keeping that energy up and keeping that momentum high.”
