TEAM NEWS: TOWN vs NORWICH CITY

26 August 2023

Town Manager Neil Warnock makes no changes to the match day 20

- Huddersfield Town side named to face Norwich City
- Manager Neil Warnock makes no changes to starting line-up
- New signing Ben Wiles not registered in time for today

Huddersfield Town Manager Neil Warnock has named an unchanged side for today’s Sky Bet Championship game against Norwich City; 3pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

The starting line-up is the same one that gained our first point of the season in last weekend’s 1-1 draw at Middlesbrough.

This means that Danny Ward makes the 450th appearance of his career in all club competitions, whilst Jack Rudoni makes his 50th appearance in the Sky Bet Championship.

There’s only one change among the substitutes, with Josh Austerfield replacing Kyle Hudlin.

Delano Burgzorg could make his John Smith’s Stadium debut from the bench this afternoon, but newest recruit Ben Wiles’ move from Rotherham United was not registered in time for him to be involved today.

Warnock is still without David Kasumu (ankle), Ollie Turton (knee), Tom Lees (calf/back) and Loick Ayina (Achilles).
