All you need to know ahead of Town’s Carabao Cup Round One tie at home

It’s our first home match day of the 2023/24 season, so here is everything you need to know ahead of our Carabao Cup Round One tie with Middlesbrough at the John Smith’s Stadium!

Kicking off the new campaign at home against Boro, our Carabao Cup Round One tie kicks off at the slightly earlier time of 7pm, so make sure you’re at the John Smith’s Stadium in good time.

The best way to follow Town tonight is with us at the John Smith’s Stadium!

Tickets are just £10 Adults and £5 Concessions, with our online Ticket Office available all the way to kick-off at 7pm for the fastest and easiest way to secure your seat. CLICK HERE to book your place now.

Disabled supporters should pay their relevant price class, with a companion ticket free of charge.

Supporters are advised that buying in advance is the simplest way to be with us tonight, with our Ticket Office also available in person and over the phone, with queues likely as we get closer to kick-off. As always, you can call our Ticket Office on 01484 960 606.

CARABAO CUP COMPETITION FORMAT

There are no replays in the Carabao Cup and a winner of the tie will be determined on the night. Should the match be drawn at the end of 90 minutes, the match will immediately go to a penalty shootout without extra-time!

You can book parking in Town’s Gasworks Street carpark for home matches, priced at just £5 per car.

ROADWORKS

Supporters are advised that following the completion of ongoing road works on Leeds Road during the off-season, some routes to the John Smith's Stadium may have now changed.

LEGENDS BAR AND CAFÉ

Legends Bar and Café will be open for you and your friends to meet ahead of kick-off.

The doors will open from 5.30pm and close at 10pm.

GOLDEN GAMBLE

Our ever-popular Golden Gamble draw, sponsored by Barden Print, returns for the new season this evening as we kick off our the new campaign at the John Smith’s Stadium.

As always, there will be one first prize on offer of up to £1,000, with a runners-up prize worth 10% of the first prize. There is also a third prize of Tog24 merchandise to be won!

HTAFC SHOP

The Stadium Store will be open until kick-off, and open until after the final whistle.

This gives you plenty of time to browse and treat yourself before entering the John Smith's Stadium in time for kick-off.
