Another pre-season friendly has been confirmed for Huddersfield Town’s Academy.
The Young Terriers will take on a Liverpool FC Academy side behind-closed-doors on Friday 28 August 2020; noon kick-off.
Town’s side will consist of the Club’s Under-19s squad, alongside some Under-17 players, who have been working hard with Danny Schofield and Jon Worthington.
Town’s Under-19s have already faced Brighouse Town and Sheffield United during pre-season – all the games have given the Young Terriers a new test!
Alongside this, the Terriers’ new recruits that make up the Under-17 squad have taken on Blackburn Rovers, Barnsley and AFC Emley.
So far the youngsters have been working primarily on their fitness, alongside learning the fundamentals of the new style of play that Carlos Corberán has introduced at the Club.
