Huddersfield Town’s Supporter Services department is recruiting a small team of ‘Here to Help’ staff to make home match days a welcoming experience for all supporters visiting the John Smith’s Stadium.
The Club is looking to recruit enthusiastic, proactive and professional staff to become the friendly face to both home and away supporters as they arrive, giving clear advice and instruction on how to get the best from their visit to Huddersfield Town.
To be eligible for this role, you must be available to work at all Huddersfield Town home match days from two-and-a-half hours before kick-off until 30 minutes after the full-time whistle.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a requirement.
