SUPPORTER DROP-IN SESSIONS START WEDNESDAY

27 February 2024

Sessions in place for supporters to attend if they need assistance

- First session on Wednesday 28 February
- Sessions every Wednesday from 9am until noon
- Taking place at Legends Bar and Café

A new supporter drop-in session will be taking place every week to help fans with any issues, queries or feedback they might have - starting tomorrow (Wednesday 28 February).

Run by the Supporter Services department, our new supporter drop-in sessions will run from the Legends Bar and Café between 9am and noon every Wednesday.

Whether you’re struggling to use our online ticketing service and need support with building your online network, or have some feedback you would like to give to our staff in-person, consider dropping down on Wednesday morning between 9am and noon and one of our team will be there to assist.

Club Ambassador Andy Booth commented:

“It’s incredibly important that our supporters know how to use our online services, and also feel like they can come to us with any other issues they may have - whether its about accessibility, feedback, ticketing or other concerns.

“This is why we have set up these drop-in sessions, that will take place in order to help as my fans as possible.

“Please let as many of your fellow fans know, especially those who might benefit from speaking to our staff in person.”

These sessions are set to run until the end of the season, however, if you can’t make these sessions and still need support, please email supporterservices@htafc.com.
