Games are a straight knockout and there are no replays meaning extra-time and penalties, if necessary, will decide each game.

The Young Terriers bowed out at this stage last season on penalties to Fulham after playing out an entertaining 1-1 draw in normal time.

The Club’s best performance in the competition came in the 1973/74 season, where they lost by a 2-1 aggregate score line over two-legs in the final against Tottenham Hotspur.
