Club Captain Tommy Smith explained how delighted he is for everyone involved with Huddersfield Town after the win over Manchester United in the Premier League.
The right back went on to explain his pride to lead Town out against Manchester United and to come back in with three points, as well as explaining how the Terriers’ game plan made it uncomfortable for Mourinho’s side.
On the win, Tommy Smith commented:
“We knew it would be a really tough game today. Man Utd have come to our place and we’ve made it difficult for them; that’s what we wanted to do.
“I think we deserved our two goals and the three points.
“I am absolutely over the moon for every single person involved with the Club and especially everyone in our dressing room.”
