We are delighted to continue our commercial relationship with Simpson Wood, with the local firm extending their commitment to the Club!
Founded in 1880, the Huddersfield-based chartered accountants, tax advisers and financial planners work with a wide variety of businesses and individuals in Huddersfield, Leeds and across the country.
Simpson Wood Audit & Accounts Director Daniel McAllister commented:
“As Huddersfield’s leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Financial Planners we are delighted to be renewing our partnership with Huddersfield Town on a two-year deal. We have made some great relationships with other partners and are excited to see the plans for the Club under its new ownership.
“Financial Freedom is all about us demonstrating how we can help people reach their financial goals. Therefore, we are thrilled that as part of our partnership the Club has asked us to present educational sessions to the First Team, Academy players, the back room staff and administrative teams.
“These sessions will provide insight tailored specifically to each group on what decisions to make during their careers relating to financial planning for their future. We are looking forward to building upon our relationship with the whole Club.”
Town’s Head of Partnerships and Business Development Daniel McGeachie added:
“Everyone at Huddersfield Town is proud to extend our relationship with Simpson Wood. Since we began our commercial relationship, we’ve really got to know the people involved and how they do business.
“Their professionalism and reputation has allowed us to have no hesitation in introducing them to our wider network, including our players and staff, as a trustworthy voice when it comes to financial matters.”
