- Neil Warnock to Manage final fixture against Stoke City

Huddersfield Town Chairman Kevin Nagle has commented on the news that Manager Neil Warnock will depart the Club following our next Sky Bet Championship home fixture with Stoke City.
Retaining the services of Warnock in the summer following he and Ronnie Jepson’s heroics at the end of the 2022/23 campaign, the decision has now been made to once again part ways with CEO Jake Edwards explaining why in the statement linked.
Chairman Kevin Nagle said:
“When I bought the team last summer, before the ink had dried I called Neil to ask him to help shepherd us through the transition.
“He has done everything we have asked of him. There was never going to be a ‘perfect time’ for this. After some wins? After some losses?
“It was never about that.
“We knew the time would be when things were settled, and we had identified the person to run this team long term.
“Now that time has come.
“Over the next few days we will celebrate Neil not just for now, but for all he has done for this organisation throughout the years.
“And all the praise he receives will be just a fraction of what he’s earned.
“We wish Neil nothing but the best, with our sincere thanks.”
