If you’re coming to our 2022/23 Sky Bet Championship season opener against Burnley on Friday 29 July, we’ve got plenty for you to do outside the John Smith’s Stadium!
Here is all the information that you need in order to plan your family’s pre-match activities.
COMMUNITY HUB
Located opposite the Legend’s Bar and Café, our Community Hub is home to table football, PlayStations, and colouring in areas!
Face painting and balloon modelling is also free from the Community Hub before kick-off – young supporters can stand out in the crowd and show their Terrier Spirit with Town themed face paint!
Available to Under-18s only, children must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry.
DELIVEREE STREET FOOD ZONE
The Deliveree Street Food Zone is back for the opening game of the season!
The perfect place to grab some pre-match food, the Deliveree Street Food Zone will be open to supporters from 5.30pm until kick-off in the car park opposite the Core Stand Lower.
Supporters attending the game can enjoy Burgers and Loaded Fries, followed by a trip to the next stand for dessert at the Hey Sweetheart Sweetshop!
TERRY THE TERRIER
Our official Club mascot – the one and only Terry the Terrier! – can be located around the Community Hub before the match.
You can probably find him sitting on his deckchair, before moving inside the John Smith’s Stadium by the Core Lower Stand closer to kick-off.
Feel free to go up and grab a selfie with everyone’s favourite Terrier!
OPPORTUNITY TO MEET THE PLAYERS
There may be a familiar face or two around the Community Hub to take pictures with and sign your shirts!
INFLATABLES
Weather permitting; our football themed inflatables will be out in front of the Core Stand Lower ahead of kick-off, which are always a huge hit.
Whether you want to test your skills on our inflatable speed cage or try your luck at target shot games, make sure you head across early to get yourself a go!

The new 60-page edition will be available around the ground at every home match game!
