An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Huddersfield Town Foundation as a part-time Health Programme Coordinator!
This is a role in which you can truly make a difference to the lives of many people, supporting the delivery of a variety of Health interventions and associated projects.
In addition to delivering our established programmes, such as Sporting Memories and Walking Groups, the successful applicant will also lead on the delivery of the Health and Wellbeing programme across our Educational offering.
