The Terriers, managed by Head Coach David Wagner, were promoted to the Premier League for the first time in the Club’s history.
Town finished fifth in the Sky Bet Championship table with 81 points before going on to beat Sheffield Wednesday and Reading in the Play-Offs to secure promotion.
Town’s top scorer that season registered 13 strikes in all competitions, closely followed by another Terriers star on 10, while two players netted just one goal all campaign.
