Jan Siewert’s First Team squad reported back to West Yorkshire on Thursday signalling the start of pre-season.
The players visited Leeds Beckett University to undergo a variety of health and fitness tests helping to set individualised physical benchmarks going into pre-season.
Being tested was a whole host of different measures and abilities ranging from body fat, lung capacity along with strength and responsiveness.
The results will help the players and coaches to set goals and build strategies in order to be fighting fit going into the first Sky Bet Championship fixture of the season against Derby County on Monday 5 August 2019.
The tests continued into Friday at PPG Canalside as Jan Siewert’s First Team players gear up for a full return to training next week.
