A look at at our Fan Zone established at the John Smith’s Stadium this season

With more Terriers joining us in our Fan Zone each week, the pre-match atmosphere at the John Smith’s Stadium continues to build by the game!
An area that the Club have looked to make continual improvements and investments in, we were joined by local band Flawes for our first fixture, with DJs and a big screen also providing entertainment before kick-off.
Vendors have been providing local food and drink have been on hand at each fixture, proving sweet and savoury option that range from burgers, Mexican food, cookies and cupcakes - satisfying all tastes and supporting local businesses!
Joined by our own bars - which have been the home of ours SportsBroker Happy Hours! - and a dedicated retail kiosk within the Fan Zone, supporters who come early to enjoy the area have everything they need right there, just a short walk from our match day activities for younger supporters.
Over 1,000 supporters joined us at our Fan Zone prior to our home fixture with Southampton with numbers continuing to rise, and the Club are committed to adding to the area and making changes in line with feedback as we look to create the best possible atmosphere and supporter experience on match day.
With numbers rising in our Community Hub dedicated to younger supporters, free balloon modelling, face painting and inflatable games available regularly alongside PlayStations, table football and areas to colour in, those activities have been added to with visits from selfie taxis, weekly player signings and superheroes also in attendance alongside mascot Terry the Terrier!
Having trialled self-pouring e-bar systems within our Chadwick Lawrence Stand, made efforts to improve wait times and choice at in-stadia food and drink kiosks and more, making sure that supporters get the most from their visits to the John Smith’s Stadium remains a firm priority toward supporters of all ages.
