Scoring his first goal at the John Smiths’ Stadium to mark his very first senior start for the Club, young forward Kian Harratt admitted his own confidence was sky high since the arrival of Warnock and Jepson.
Building on his first goal for the Club away at Vicarage Road against Watford last season, the striker has played a full role in pre-season and earned himself minutes in both of Town’s games so far after coming on as a substitute against Plymouth.
Capitalising on a fast start, Harratt smashed home from close range and got Town off to a perfect start, but a red card for Jaheim Headley shortly after turned the contest in Middlesbrough’s favour, which Kian admitted was felt on the field.
Discussing his first goal, his confidence and the mood and spirit within the team after two matches, you can watch the full interview via HTTV on YouTube below.
