Sales from Huddersfield Town face coverings help the local community

Almost £3,000 has been donated to the Town Foundation following the sales of Huddersfield Town face coverings.
By purchasing special Town-branded face coverings, supporters have also been able to benefit the Town Foundation and the local community by raising a substantial sum of money!
The money raised will support the Town Foundation’s projects like the Early Kick-Off Breakfast Clubs and more.
Huddersfield Town Foundation’s CEO, Siobhan Atkinson, commented:
“The amount of money raised from the sales of face coverings is a fantastic sum of money and will really benefit the local community.
“We would like to thank the Club for donating £1 per face covering sold and the Huddersfield Town supporters for purchasing them and helping us.
“It’s not a surprise that the current situation is difficult for everyone and here at the Town Foundation we are working harder than ever to provide people in the local, and wider, community with as much support as we can.”
There are three styles of Huddersfield Town face coverings still available to purchase via the Club’s Media Outlets.
The face coverings are made with 100% Organic Cotton is a 100% sustainable product, fully recyclable, and biodegradable; it is highly absorbent and naturally breathable. Organic Cotton is soft to the skin and has a cooling effect. Being free of chemicals, Organic Cotton is re-usable and can be safely washed up to 60 degrees C, with no chemicals or plastic micro fibres polluting the water, unlike Polyester which releases chemicals and micro plastics every time it is washed and tumble dried.
Each Face Covering is double layered with an anti-bacterial finish and has an internal pocket for you to add a standard virus filter (not included with the Face Covering) if you wish.
