Huddersfield Town’s Under-23 side is back in action on Monday afternoon, with a short trip to South Yorkshire to play league-leading Sheffield Wednesday.

Senior Professional Development Coach Frankie Bunn’s team takes on the Owls in the latest Professional Development League game of the season in an 11am kick-off at Sheffield Wednesday’s Middlewood training complex.

You can follow team news and updates of goals from the game on Town’s official Academy Twitter account, @htafcacademy.

The young Terriers come into the game on the back of an exciting 3-3 draw at Burnley a week ago, where Joe Lolley and Isaac Marriott were among the scorers. Watch free highlights from the game below courtesy of #HTTV!

Monday’s opponent tops the Northern PDL table coming into the game; former Ipswich defender Neil Thompson’s young Owls have an impressive 21 points from 11 games having beaten steel city rivals Sheffield United last time out.

Town’s U23s currently sit bottom of the 11-team northern table, but can go as high as eighth with a win on Monday morning.
