TOWN’S TEAM vs FULHAM

16 January 2016

Husband & Cranie come into side

- James Husband makes full HTAFC debut
- Martin Cranie also back in the side
- Jason Davidson & Joel Lynch drop to the bench

Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner has made two changes to his starting XI for today’s Sky Bet Championship game against Fulham; 3pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

David has handed a first Huddersfield Town start to loanee James Husband, who replaces Jason Davidson at left back; the Australian is among the substitutes. Husband actually played on loan for today’s opponents Fulham this season and last, making 12 starts for the Cottagers in total.

Husband is one of two former Fulham players in Town’s line-up this afternoon; Captain Mark Hudson spent 11 years at the Club as a junior and professional, making three appearances.

The other change also comes in defence, where Martin Cranie makes his first start of 2016 at the expense of Joel Lynch.

Kyle Dempsey drops out of the squad after picking up a knock to his knee during Tuesday night’s win over Charlton Athletic, so his place among the substitutes is taken by Under-21 top scorer Flo Bojaj.
