Chris Powell will lead Huddersfield Town’s First Team in a pre-season friendly at League 1 Barnsley on Yorkshire Day, Saturday 1 August 2015; 3pm kick-off at Oakwell.

Admission prices to the game have been confirmed as follows:

Town 2015/16 Season Card holders
£10 adults
£5 over-65s and under-22s

Non Season Card holders
£12 adults
£6 over-65s and under-22s

Please note the cheaper Season Card holders price is only available if pre-purchased from Huddersfield Town. Tickets for the game go on sale at the Town Ticket Office on Wednesday 15 July.

Wheelchair-bound and ambulant disabled supporters should pay their relevant price class and can take a carer free of charge.

The Tykes, who are managed by former Yeovil Town and Bristol City midfielder Lee Johnson, finished 11th in the 2014/15 League 1 table.

The two sides last met in the 2013/14 Championship season. Barnsley won the game at Oakwell 2-1, with James Vaughan’s goal nothing more than a consolation after opening strikes from forwards Chris O’Grady and Marcus Pedersen, but the Terriers got revenge in May 2014 – beating the visitors 5-0 at the John Smith’s Stadium thanks to strikes from Keith Southern, Danny Ward, Adam Hammill, Adam Clayton and Sean Scannell.
