Academy scholar shortlisted for LFE accolade
Huddersfield Town Academy scholar Brad Carroll’s goal in the FA Youth Cup Fourth Round win at West Bromwich Albion is on the shortlist of six for the LFE’s January ‘Goal of the Month’ competition.
The first year defender’s brilliant curled effort after a smart one-two with teammate Jake Charles is one of six goals nominated by the LFE – and Brad now needs your votes to win!

Set up in 2004, LFE was established by The Football League and The Professional Footballers Association and is tasked with managing the Apprenticeship (AASE) programme at Football League clubs. LFE is currently responsible for in excess of 1200 apprentice footballers at 81 football clubs.
