Robins makes three changes to starting XI

Huddersfield Town Manager Mark Robins has made three changes to his starting XI for tonight’s Capital One Cup First Round game at home to Bradford City; 7.45pm kick-off.

Summer arrival Jake Carroll (pictured) has been handed his competitive Huddersfield Town debut this evening, replacing Scotland international Paul Dixon in the line-up.

Fit-again Anthony Gerrard also makes his first start of the season, replacing Oscar Gobern in the eleven.

The final change comes in midfield, where Northern Ireland international Oliver Norwood replaces Sean Scannell.

Town look set to change formation to 3-5-2 tonight, with goalkeeper Alex Smithies behind the trio of centre halves Joel Lynch, Captain Peter Clarke and Anthony Gerrard.
