Advertising Manager heralds off-field success
Huddersfield Town has enjoyed a record-breaking year in terms of perimeter board advertising this season - and Advertising Manager Mark Jacobs has today thanked all the companies who support the Club.
"We've enjoyed unparalleled success when it comes to the number of companies taking perimeter boards at the ground for our matches this season, as I hope the supporters have noticed, and I would like to thank all of them for their support of the Club this season.
"Every penny they spend goes directly to the Club and makes a massive difference to the Club's progression.
"We have a wide range of companies supporting us; from website designers to a fish and chip shop! There are a variety of different reasons that a company would take a perimeter board with us; from wanting to raise the profile of their business by getting their name out there to 13,500 local people every week to just taking pride in having their business name displayed at the ground on a match day."
Due to the high demand, the Club is now offering new 'tier 2' advertising boards that face the crowd on a match day, as Mark explained:
"These perimeter boards are available for a great price on a match by match basis or over the course of a season and are ideal for a local company that wishes to reach potential customers in the local area, as they directly face the fans in one particular stand.
