The easiest way to renew your Season Card is online. Please ensure that you can log in to your E-Ticketing Account, where Season Card Holders will be able to see their 2023/24 Season Card waiting for them to renew.

We are also here to help over the phone and at the Ticket Office during opening hours.

To purchase your season cards, please either buy online, call us to pay, or visit the Ticket Office. For the upcoming season, we will not be accepting cheques as payment. There are no booking fees to purchase over the phone or to purchase online.

The deadline to purchase your 2023/24 HUddersfield Town Season Card via Finance has now passed.

Representative Example: If one adult season card purchased at a cash price and amount of credit £249 would be repaid by one monthly payment of £55.35 (which includes arrangement fee of 8.85% equal to £22.04) followed by eight monthly payments of £24.90 and a final payment of £24.90. Existing 2022/23 Season Card Holders looking to move seats in the John Smith’s Stadium should reserve their current seat.

To move seats, fans will be invited to email ticketenquiries@htafc.com after 4pm on Friday 30 June  with your Client Reference Number and current seat details, detailing your seat preference for the 2023/24 season. Seat moves will not be processed until this time. Please do NOT email about seat moves until after 4pm on Friday 30 June, as your email will be deleted and not processed.

We will endeavour to process these requests in the first week of July 2023 and make accommodations where possible.

Ambulant disabled supporters and wheelchair users should pay their relevant price class, with your 2023/24 Season Card including a free companion ticket.

Supporters who entered into the Club’s Season Card Price Promise will once again see this honoured.

Please note: As agreed, the 2023/24 season will be the final season of this promise.

Thursday 20 April 2023: 2023/24 Season Cards will go on sale

Wednesday 31 May 2023: Deadline for Finance applications

Friday 30 June 2023: Price Deadline and Seat Renewal Deadline

Saturday 1 July 2023: Ticket Office will begin to process 2023/24 seat moves

Mid-July 2023: 2023/24 Season Cards will go back on sale at an increased price

Monday–Friday: 10am-4pm

Opening hours on match days will be advertised.

Please note we will be closed on Bank Holidays, other than vs Reading on Monday 8 May 2023.

We will advise nearer the time about opening hours on Tuesday 20 June 2023 when the John Smith's Stadium will be hosting Muse in concert.

Supporters who currently hold a 2022/23 car parking space will be contacted over the summer to confirm if they would like to renew or not.

Supporters who do not currently hold a 2022/23 Season Card will still be able to join us for the 2023/24 season at the opening price!

Also available online, in person and over the phone right now, all available seats at the John Smith’s Stadium will be offered for purchase.

Our official Club charity, the Huddersfield Town Foundation, has a vision to create lifelong opportunities for people in Kirklees to feel safe, healthy and included in our community.

As a 2023/24 Season Card Holder, your renewal will also include the option to donate and contribute to their work so that they can continue to make a difference in Huddersfield and our surrounding areas.

All current Blue & Members who have joined before Wednesday 19 April 2023 are eligible for a £5 reduction in their 2023/24 Season Card price! Your discount will be applied automatically online.

Please note that all season card holders for the 2023/24 season MUST have a separate assigned name against them. You cannot hold multiple season cards under one name.

You must assign under individual names at the basket section when completing your transaction. We appreciate that this adds a little time, but helps us to create a booking history for future games for each season card holder.

WHY ARE THESE AGE-BANDS FOR SEASON CARDS ONLY?

To implement the different age-bands on a match day would be very difficult to do as we would need proof of age.

IS THERE AN OPTION TO PAY MONTHLY?

Yes, we use a company called V12 Finance. Please note that applications for finance must be made before Wednesday 31 May 2023; after this time, we cannot accept applications.

CAN I RENEW/PURCHASE MY DISABLED SEASON CARD ONLINE?

Yes, but you will need to ensure that your Companion account is linked as a ‘family and friends’ member on your ticketing account.

I HAVE NEVER USED THE WWW.ETICKETING.CO.UK/HUDDERSFIELDTOWN/ WEBSITE. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PURCHASE ONLINE?

If you are a current Season Card Holder who has never purchased online, you must activate your account using your existing Client Reference Number.

It is important to activate your account using your current Season Card details as this will enable you to access your 2023/24 Season Card renewal information.

To activate your account:

1. Click ‘Sign-In’ and ‘activate it now’.
2. Enter the client reference number registered to your Season Card and your surname.
3. Click ‘Find My Account’.
4. Enter a new password in the box at the top of the form.
5. Check the details in the form are correct and then click ‘Save details’.
6. You will then be able to login in using your Client Reference Number and password.

CAN I RENEW OR PURCHASE OTHER SEASON CARDS FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

If you are paying in full for somebody else, you can complete the process on their behalf.

In order to do this, the other Season Card(s) must be activated, networked with your account, and set up for you to 'manage' the tickets in the Account Management section of your e ticketing account.

1. Make sure that all of the season card customer numbers are activated. Please see above for how to activate an account.
2. You need make sure that all of the Season Card accounts are networked. Please see above for how to network accounts.
3. Click on 'My Account' in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on 'Network' under the 'Account Management' heading
4. Click on the Season Card Holder that you want to purchase the ticket for and click 'edit' on the option that states ' I can ASSIGN tickets to'. You need to tick the 'I can MANAGE tickets for' option and click 'send request'.
5. After sending the request to manage tickets for another account you need to login to the other account if you have access to it to be able to accept the request to manage the tickets.
6. Once you are set up to manage tickets for other Season Card Holders you can then purchase tickets on their behalf.

I HAD A CAR PARK PASS IN THE 2022/23 SEASON - CAN I STILL RENEW THIS?

The Club will contact you over the summer period to give you the option renew your car parking pass.
