Huddersfield Town Academy graduate Regan Booty joined up with David Wagner’s First Team squad upon his contract extension with the Club.
The 19 year-old midfielder put pen to paper on a new contract in January 2017 that runs until the summer of 2019, with the Club having the option of a further year’s extension.
Left-footed midfielder Regan hails from Holmfirth and joined the Club at Under-9 level.
He broke into the Club’s Under-18 side as a 15 year-old, quickly progressing to make 12 appearances for the Under-21 side barely a year later.
Regan subsequently signed his first professional contract on the day of his 17th birthday in April 2015 and was a key figure as the Under-21s won the Professional Development League title in the 2015/16 campaign.
He has captained Senior Professional Development Coach Mark Hudson's Under-23 side again this season, scoring three goals in 20 starts so far.
Booty also made his First Team debut in Town's Shankly Trophy match against Liverpool FC on 20 July 2016.
