Learn more about how our new supporter drop-in sessions could benefit you!

- New supporter drop-in sessions are now under way
- Taking place at Legends Café on Wednesday mornings
- Come down and we will help you however we can!

In the latest development to improve the level of care and service we give to supporters, our brand-new drop-in sessions are taking place on Wednesday mornings!

A new idea pioneered by our Supporter Services department, these open-door sessions will run from the Legends Bar and Café at the John Smith’s Stadium between 9am and noon every Wednesday.

You don’t need to book or make any kind of appointment – we’re simply opening the doors to any and all supporters who might need help from the experts at the club on any matter.

It might be that you aren’t used to buying things like tickets online, or you may not be confident in how to add your family and friends to your online network so you can buy tickets for them.

Perhaps you would like a look at the view from a different part of the Stadium to where you usually sit, because you’re thinking about changing seats?

Maybe you need some guidance on accessibility on match days, or you’re interested in learning more about our Inclusion Room?

It can be anything – we are here to help you!

We caught up with one of the key members of staff running the drop-in sessions, Club Ambassador Andy Booth, to see how this week’s inaugural session went – check out the short video below!

If you can’t make it to the John Smith’s Stadium on Wednesdays but would still like help with something Town-related, please get in touch with the team via and we’ll come back to you!

The drop-in sessions are the most recent addition to a series of initiatives designed to improve the experience of Town supporters. To learn more about other things we’ve brought in this season, please click HERE.
