Town winger Sorba Thomas has been voted Blue & White Members’ Player of the Month for December 2023!
Claiming the award for the second time this season, Thomas continued his excellent run of form throughout December. Having played all but one of the month's fixtures, the Welsh international scored and assisted at home on Boxing Day to help Town pick up all 3 points.
Continuing to excel on the pitch, the winger has also once again demonstrated his exceptional work rate, commitment, and leadership skills - something that hasn't gone unnoticed by supporters who have awarded Thomas the title for two consecutive months.
Also playing a vital role in last month's fixtures, forward Delano Burgzorg and central defender Michał Helik claimed the majority of the remaning votes.
Cedric Lamb from Dronfield will meet Sorba at our next home fixture against Plymouth Argyle and present him with his award alongside junior member Esme Haigh from Slaithwaite, with both receiving a commemorative photograph.
All the money generated from the £2-a-week that Blue and White Members pay goes straight to the Huddersfield Town Academy.
