Town’s retail department going from strength-to-strength thanks to supporters backing

Supporters have been taking advantage of Town’s extended offerings and recent sales in retail, with the past few months proving extremely busy for our Club Shop.
Having launched a range of sales across Black Friday both online and in store, Town fans struck while the iron was hot to get the best deals possible on replica shirts, training wear, retro kits and more, with the Club Shop busy all day as a result.
Repeated on Cyber Monday with special offers for our 2023/24 Season Card Holder and Blue & White Members, it was brilliant to see so many supporters getting involved ahead of Christmas late last year.
Our largest Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales on record, we’re incredibly thankful for our supporters getting behind us during this period and hope you’re happy with your purchases!
Since the arrival of new leadership and our Head of Global Brand especially, the retail department are looking to freshen up their offering more often, with supporters receptive to those efforts. Underlined by the variety of products on offer in our current Christmas range, this will continue going forward, with schemes such as free click and collect helping Terriers get the best value for money possible.
One change made directly from supporter feedback has been the stocking of home and away replica kits in larger sizes - now up to 5XL - with training wear that’s proven popular also available in larger sizing having been restocked. We have also help more frequent sales and offers, with one in particular on the morning of our Emirates FA Cup tie with Manchester City capturing the attention of supporters.
Not just changes to stock, we have expanded the availability, accessibility and interaction within our retail spaces, too. Recently running a free signed shirt giveaway within our Fan Zone for supporters who managed to locate a hidden item first, we have also installed a retail kiosk within the Fan Zone too so fans can shop whilst enjoying the pre-game entertaining and refreshments.
A highlight within recent weeks was our player signing session with Jack Rudoni and Delano Burgzorg, with supporters turning up in huge numbers for over two hours to meet the two First Team stars! An event enjoyed by all, supporters, staff and players alike, we hope to be able to do more events such as this going forward.

“Last year was the most we’ve ever done with Black Friday and Cyber Monday, so it’s brilliant to see the response to that - there is real support from our CEO Jake and Head of Global Brand Domenic Notarfrancesco to try and do more in retail, which is really exciting.
“We are only just getting started with expanding our offering and holding events for supporters to interact with ourselves and the players, and I’m really looking forward to doing more in the future. Stay on the lookout for more news and products in the future!”
