We are encouraging supporters to speak out on any mental health problems as we take part in Time to Talk Day 2024.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, it is important that we speak about our mental health, and we need to feel comfortable doing so.
Time to Talk is a campaign that encourages people and communities across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to talk about mental health.
Ahead of our Sky Bet Championship fixture against Sheffield Wednesday, our First Team squad will be warming up in Andy’s Man Club ‘It’s okay to talk’ shirts to show their support.
