Getting straight back to work at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex following the weekend’s big 4-0 home win over Sheffield Wednesday, attentions have now turned to the challenge of Southampton on the south coast.
Put through their paces by Caretaker Manager Jon Worthington alongside coaches Kevin Russell and Michael Tonge with support from our existing First Team physical performance and medical staff, it was a wet and windy session out on the grass with the players having to battle the elements as they begun their match preparations.
Taking supporters into the gym for their pre-activation work, the cameras follow the players through the warm-up and coaching drills, the session had the players working on their attacking shapes and intentions with the ball, putting those into practice in small-sided games before rounding their work off with some crossing and finishing.
