Huddersfield Town Head Coach André Breitenreiter makes three changes to his side

- Rhys Healey, Danny Ward and Ollie Turton start

André Breitenreiter has rung the changes at the John Smith’s Stadium this afternoon, with Rhys Healey, Danny Ward and Ollie Turton starting for the Terriers against Birmingham City.

Changing his forward line, both Rhys Healey and Danny Ward have been introduced from the start, with Delano Burgzorg and Sorba Thomas making way as a result. The first time Healey and Ward have started a fixture together for the Terriers, the pair had previously crossed paths at Cardiff City.

Having returned to the First Team squad in recent weeks after putting his long-term injury troubles behind him, Ollie Turton begins his first Town game for 14 months, with his last start coming against Wigan Atheltic at the DW Stadium in February 2023. As a result, Tom Iorpenda returns to the bench.

Turton comes in for the now injured Tom Lees, who was forced off late against Swansea City with a knee injury. Having been assessed through the week, Lees will now remain unavailable for the remainder of the 2023/24 season.

Now without Tom Lees (MCL), the Terriers are also still missing Josh Ruffels (groin), Jonathan Hogg (shoulder), Kian Harratt (suspension), Radinio Balker (thigh) and Yuta Nakayama (knee).
