150 plus Terriers to tackle another charity walk to raise funds in fight against MND
- Walk For Pounds: Miles For Marcus
- Club raising funds for Darby Rimmer Foundation
- Town legend Marcus Stewart taking part
With over 150 participants signed up to take part in an 18 mile or 4 mile accessible walk tomorrow before our home fixture with Ipswich Town, just one sleep remains before our latest Walk For Pounds!
Raising money for the Darby Rimmer Foundation in honour of Town legend Marcus Stewart, our walkers will finish their journey back at the John Smith’s Stadium ready for a lap of honour before the big kick-off at 3pm on Saturday 30 September.
Sponsored by Chadwick Lawrence, the walkers – which includes Town legend Marcus Stewart alongside members of his family – will tackle the likes of Castle Hill on their journey across the town as we come together to raise funds and awareness of Motor Neurone Disease.
One more sleep until Miles For Marcus...

🎥 Manager Darren Moore has wished everyone taking part good luck, and we look forward to welcoming you all back to the John Smith's Stadium!
Donations are still open for those able to spare what they can 💙#Walk4Pounds | #htafc
Rising early to start the walk at the crack of dawn, it will be a real test of endurance, so supporters are encouraged to get to their seats early on match day - at around 2.40pm - to welcome the walkers back and give the participants the reception they deserve as they complete their lap of honour.
Donations are still open, so if possible, please do give what you can for an amazing cause by following this LINK to access our JustGiving page.
You can still join us at the John Smith’s Stadium for the visit of Ipswich Town at 3pm on Saturday 30 September for Darren Moore’s first game in charge in HD1. CLICK HERE to secure your seat today!
