Having launched our Terriers Together Inclusion Room in 2022, the space has proven extremely popular as we’ve welcomed supporters of all backgrounds to the John Smith’s Stadium!
Our safe space, supported by Thornhill Dental, was created in recognition that not all supporters are able to attend matches within our stands, and the room contains sensory equipment that may be particularly beneficial autistic supporters and/or individuals with sensory processing needs.

We would like to see as many supporters as possible benefit from the room should they have a genuine reason that attendance otherwise would be prohibitive – examples include but are not limited to specific needs relating to disability, long-term or limiting health conditions, breastfeeding mothers etc.

If you would like to attend a match from the comfort of our Inclusion Room, please contact our Disability Liaison Officer Michelle McQueen on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: bookings will be managed on a match-by-match basis rather than in bulk, due to fixtures being subject to change. Supporters are encouraged to enquire at least three weeks before the match you would like to attend. We receive a high volume of interest and unfortunately cannot accommodate every enquiry. To ensure that as many people as possible can benefit from the space, we reserve the right to offer the room to more than one family/party per match.
Users of the Inclusion Room must have a valid match day ticket, and these will be at the standard price per ticket based on category of supporter. Prices may vary from game to game depending on the nature of the match (e.g., a league fixture, or cup fixture) and any other factors including whether the attendee(s) is/are disabled and require a ticket for a companion.
Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a parent, carer, or other adult companion.
Capacity is a maximum of 10-12 people at any time (excluding Club staff, or others who may be required to supervise the area).
