We are delighted to confirm that eBar will be trialled at the John Smith’s Stadium for our upcoming home fixture with Ipswich Town, with kiosks available in the Chadwick Lawrence Stand.
An entirely self-service beer kiosk, supporters can utilise contactless pay and have a perfect pint poured for them in seconds, perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy!
Installed on a one-match trial basis, the kiosks have been introduced as the Club continues to seek ways to improve the match day experience for supporters, with new options within catering part of those plans.
A popular option at sporting events, concerts and at major venues, should supporters enjoy the experience and offering the Club is committed to exploring having the kiosks available on a permanent basis at the John Smith’s Stadium.
The kiosks will be serving the following on Saturday:
Magic Rock's Town Lager - £5.90
Amstel - £5
Strongbow Dark Fruit - £5.50
Supporters should be aware that kiosks will be monitored to ensure that only those aged 18 and over will be able to be served, with staff on hand to check ID and provide assistance should it be required. Recycling bins will also be in place so that all plastic glasses used can be disposed of appropriately.
One of several additions to match days at the John Smith’s Stadium this season, we have been delighted to see our new Fan Zone grow in popularity with each fixture alongside our activities for younger supporters and free fruit in the Big Red Upper tier for junior Terriers we continue to improve experiences for fans of all ages.
