Josh Ruffels admitted that while there was disappointment to only draw, that mentality showed the progress of the side having arguably been the better side on the day.
Ruffels played his part as Town’s defence gave the rest of the team a platform from which to build, slotting in as a left sided centre back to allow Yuta Nakayama more space outside him.
It was a terrific performance from the Terriers despite the equaliser late on, with the team taking the game to a high-flying Ipswich side, a tactic that Ruffels admitted had come straight from Moore and his coaching team.
Talking about the game, his form and the mood within the squad after a fifth game without defeat, it’s clear that there is a growing belief and confidence within the team.
