If you’re attending our Sky Bet Championship fixture against Ipswich Town on Saturday 30 September, we’ve got plenty going on outside the John Smith’s Stadium in our dedicated Fan Zone!
Here’s all the information you will need to plan your day at the stadium this Saturday as we welcome the Tractor Boys in Sky Bet Championship action.
FAN ZONE
Our Fan Zone will be open to supporters from noon in the car park opposite the Odeon cinema, free for fans to enter.
New for this Saturday, we’re bringing in a Big Screen to show the early 12.30pm Sky Bet Championship kick-off between Southampton and Leeds United!
If you fancy grabbing lunch whilst you watch, Burger Burger and The Twisted Kitchen offer some great options, with Liv’s Bakes and Cakes on hand for dessert - they will be located across the Fan Zone, either near the Magic Rock beer tent or closer to the Community Hub!
We’ll also be serving from the blue bar, with Magic Rock and Heineken on offer alongside a free trial of Jameson Ginger and Lime on a first come, first served basis thanks to the EFL’s new partner.
A reminder to all fans, any alcohol bought outside the stadium cannot be brought inside the ground.
LEGENDS BAR
Legends café bar will open at noon, serving drinks and snacks and also showing the early kick-off.
COMMUNITY HUB
Located opposite the Legends Bar and Café, our Community Hub is home to table football, FIFA 23 on the PlayStations, and colouring areas.
Available to Under-18s only, children must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry.
Please note: if you are visiting the Community Hub with your youngsters, we sell scarves and autograph books inside. Our Community Hub is an activity zone and not a retail space, so for all other retail items, i.e., clothing, replica shirts and training wear, please visit the HTAFC Shop situated next to the Ticket Office or the retail unit in the Fan Zone.
INFLATABLES AND OUTSIDE THE CORE STAND
Drinks will be available in the car park opposite the Ticket Office on match day, along with the Roll-Over Hot Dog Cart.
Weather permitting, our football themed inflatables will be found out in front of the Core Stand Lower ahead of kick-off, which always proves to be popular.
Whether you want to test your power on our inflatable speed cage or try your luck at target shot, make sure you head across early to get yourself a go!
If the weather is nice, we’ll also be selling ice creams in this area too!
TERRY THE TERRIER
Our official Club mascot Terry the Terrier can be located around the Community Hub before the match.
You’ll most likely find him in his giant deckchair, before making his way inside the John Smith’s Stadium by the Core Stand Lower closer to kick-off.
Feel free to go up and grab a selfie with your favourite Terrier!
OPPORTUNITY TO MEET THE PLAYERS
If you are an autograph hunter, we’ll have a couple of the players not involved in Darren Moore’s match day squad outside the community hub that you can meet and get a selfie with!

For just £4, your Young Terrier will get the option of a cheese or ham sandwich, cherry tomatoes and cucumber sticks, a piece of fruit, a chocolate biscuit, and a bottle of water.

FREE FRUIT FOR JUNIORS IN BIG RED UPPER
On Saturday, in the Big Red Upper Stand, we will be offering free fruit to all our junior fans.
Each child will be allowed to take one piece of fruit from the tray!
