TEAM NEWS: TOWN vs CARDIFF CITY

Darren Moore makes two changes to his Huddersfield Town side

- Huddersfield Town side named to face Cardiff City
- Manager Darren Moore has made two changes to the team
- Jaheim Headley and Yuta Nakayama start

Huddersfield Town Manager Darren Moore has made two changes to the starting line-up for this evening’s Sky Bet Championship game against Cardiff City; 7.45pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Having impressed as a substitute in Saturday’s 2-1 home win over Queens Park Rangers, Academy graduate Jaheim Headley makes his first start in five games this evening. The 22-year-old’s 13th start for Town comes at the expense of Josh Koroma, who drops to the bench.

Our second switch comes in defence, where Japan international Yuta Nakayama returns to the side in place of Tom Lees, who is a substitute tonight.

The starting side is otherwise unchanged from our weekend win, which means two starters hit landmarks for the club. Captain Jonathan Hogg makes his 350th appearance for the Terriers in all competitions – he’s 14th on our all-time appearance list now – whilst reigning Player of the Year Michał Helik makes his 50th start for us.

Moore is still without Josh Ruffels (groin), David Kasumu (hamstring), Ollie Turton (knee), Danny Ward (Achilles), Pat Jones (hamstring), and Loick Ayina (heel).
