Darren Moore makes three changes to his Huddersfield Town team
- Huddersfield Town side named to face Leeds United
- Manager Darren Moore makes three changes to the team
- Brahima Diarra, Tom Edwards, and Tom Lees start
Huddersfield Town Manager Darren Moore has made three changes to the starting line-up for this afternoon’s Sky Bet Championship game against Leeds United; 12.30pm kick-off at Elland Road.
Our second change comes in defence, with loanee Tom Edwards coming in to replace Jaheim Headley. Jaheim is a substitute for today’s West Yorkshire derby.
The third and final switch sees former Leeds United man Tom Lees come in against the club where he started his career. He replaces Matty Pearson, who is also on the bench.
Sadly, Josh Koroma also misses out today with a groin issue, so there are two new faces in the match day squad from the B Team. 20-year-old defender Luke Daley makes his first appearance in a competitive match day squad for the Terriers, as does 18-year-old midfielder Tom Iorpenda – he is the reigning Academy Player of the Year.
Club Captain Jonathan Hogg is making his 350th Sky Bet Championship appearance today, whilst Michal Helik is making his 50th league start for Town.
Alongside Rudoni and Koroma, Moore is still without Josh Ruffels (groin), David Kasumu (hamstring), Ollie Turton (knee), Danny Ward (Achilles), Pat Jones (hamstring), and Loick Ayina (heel).
