With more than one reason to be happy after the 2-1 home win over Queens Park Rangers, defender Tom Lees was also celebrating making his 600th appearance of his Club career!

Starting at the back alongside Matty Pearson and Michał Helik at the back for Town, the 32-year-old defender is still working his way back to full fitness after an injury in pre-season caused him to miss the opening weeks of the campaign.

Now back in contention, Lees played his part as Town earned Darren Moore’s first win as Manager of the Club, flying out of the blocks to go 2-0 ahead thanks to goals from Kian Harratt and Jack Rudoni which was enough to seal the win despite QPR clawing a goal back before the break.

Discussing the competition for places at the back, his own journey to return to fitness and hitting that landmark of games played, watch the full interview below via HTTV on YouTube.
