Town defender Tom Edwards said that while he was personally pleased to start the game, he was disappointed that the side couldn’t collect all three points on the road at Hillsborough.
Having spent some time out of the starting side, Edwards began the game at right wing back after coming on as a substitute against Birmingham City in midweek, only coming off the field this afternoon after taking a knock.
Edwards admitted that the game started frantically due to the atmosphere, with both teams spurred on by the noise. With chances to win, Tom said the side were frustrated not to win but underlined the importance of the international break ahead as they continue to learn from Darren Moore and his staff.
