Young Terriers play Nottingham Forest in the Premier League Cup

Our B Team are back in Premier League Cup action on Friday evening as we travel to Nottingham Forest for a 7pm kick-off in our first away game of the campaign.
Following our 1-1 draw against Newcastle United at the John Smith’s Stadium in the first round of the Premier League Cup, we now travel to face Nottingham Forest in our second group stage game of the campaign.
After the first game of the campaign, Town sit second in Group F, level with Newcastle United after our draw. Whereas Forest sit at the top of the table following their 3-1 away win at Fleetwood Town in the first game.
Two goals from Ateef Konaté and a third from Manni Norkett secured the win for Nottingham Forest in that first game, however, they also went down to 10 men towards the final minutes of the game due to Kyle James McAdam receiving his second yellow card.
Kyle Hudlin scored our equaliser against Newcastle United in a game that also saw a red card against Newcastle’s James Alan Huntley due to his second bookable offence after an altercation with our goal scorer.

Our Premier League Cup game against Nottingham Forest will take place at 7pm on Friday 6 October, with the game being held at The Impact Arena (North Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7FZ).
Supporters are welcome to attend Friday evening’s 7pm kick-off, with admission prices set as follows:
Adults - £5
Concessions (U16s and Over 65s) - £3
These tickets can be bought on the night from turnstiles at the Impact Arena.
