Darren Moore, his First Team staff and players have continued their hard work at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex this week during the international break, with HTTV taking supporters onto the training pitches!
With access inside the gym as they players did their pre-activation work before heading out, warm-ups and drills, there’s been plenty of yard yards covered behind-the-scenes since the international break begun.
Leading up to a the busiest stretch of the season to date as we head toward Christmas and New Year, it’s an important time for the First Team as they aim to take on board more ideas from Darren Moore and his staff while building up their fitness to cope with the stresses of the Sky Bet Championship schedule!
