SPENCER AND FALLS HEAD TO NORTHERN IRELAND U21 TRAINING CAMP

19 May 2023

Young Terriers have been invited to the Northern Ireland’s U21 Training Camp

- Brodie Spencer and Conor Falls receive Northern Ireland call-up
- Youngsters to attend a six-day training camp
- Training Camp will be run by Senior Team Manager

B Team players, Brodie Spencer and Conor Falls, will be heading to Belfast on Sunday 21 May as part of Northern Ireland’s Under-21 squad to take part in a six-day training camp.

Having been a part of an excellent season at Huddersfield Town, both First Team and B Team, as well as representing Northern Ireland Under 19s in the UEFA U19 Championship just two months ago, both Young Terriers will be taking part in a six-day training camp with the Northern Ireland U23 side.

This training camp will be run by Northern Ireland’s National Team Manager Michael O’Neill and will be a great experience for our Young Terriers.

Both Spencer and Falls have become vital components in Jon Worthington’s B Team. Having signed for town in 2020, the youngsters have successfully climbed the ranks into the B-Team, making consistent appearances throughout the 2022/23 season.

19-year-old Spencer has spent this season playing regular football for the B Team, being captain for the young side and training with and making his debut for the First Team. Whereas, Falls has played for both our U19s and B Team this season, scoring a total of 10 goals between both.

The camp will be taking place from Sunday 21 May to Friday 26 May and will give town’s youngsters an opportunity to assess their fitness levels and partake in the international teams training.
