Academy midfielder Dan Vost has signed his first professional contract today!
The 17-year-old has agreed a deal that will keep him at Huddersfield Town until the summer of 2025.
Dan used to be part of the Academy at Everton, having joined Town as part of the Club’s summer intake ahead of the 2022/23 season.
The young midfielder made 32 appearances and scored two goals for our Under-19 side during the 2022/23 campaign, whilst scoring one goal in 11 appearances for Jon Worthington’s B Team.
Huddersfield Town’s B Team Manager Jon Worthington commented:
“Dan has worked hard this season and thoroughly deserves his first professional contract, which is a huge achievement for every aspiring young footballer.
“He’s enjoyed a really impressive first season with the Club, this contract shows how far he has already progressed as well as his desire to continue improving.
“He has such focus to learn and everyone at the Club is looking forward to continuing their work with Dan; we’re really excited about his potential.”
