HELP US TO ENSURE SEASON CARDS ARE INDIVIDUALLY ASSIGNED

19 June 2023

Make sure your Season Cards are assigned to individuals

- Make sure your Season Cards are assigned under individual names
- Individual assignment helps with booking history and away/cup games
- Hear from Head of Ticketing, Gina Buckley

Please help us by making sure that your Season Cards are individually assigned ahead of the upcoming 2023/24 season.

In a move that will help supporters to buy tickets online more easily in the future and to ensure all fans have their own booking history, all season cards must have an individual account set up with the Ticket Office and under the individual names of your family and friends rather than, in some cases, all under one name.

If you think this may apply to you, please consider checking this and sorting the allocations NOW (even if you plan to purchase at a later date) as you may need help from the Ticket Office in setting this up before the Season Card deadline of Friday 30 June.

If, for example, you have had multiple Season Cards in your name for a number of seasons, we would strongly encourage you to contact the Ticket Office so that they can re-assign them to the correct people and they retain their previous booking history.

If you are purchasing your Season Cards for the first time, you must assign under individual names at the basket section when completing your transaction – we appreciate this adds a little time but helps you to create a booking history for future games for each of the Season Card Holders.

If you’re a parent, grandparent or guardian buying a junior Season Card for your child or grandchild, please also make sure you put the child’s name and date of birth in the card details and not your own details.

Head of Ticketing, Gina Buckley, commented:

“We have a few examples of supporters buying multiple season cards under one name, and this in turn makes it hard for the ticket office to assign tickets when it comes to the big away or cup games, as we then have individuals who may be attending games regularly, but actually have no booking history with us.

“I would therefore urge Town supporters to please check their information on their accounts now, as this will reduce some of the pressure for us and them if they have to contact the ticket office towards the final days of the season card deadlines. The great thing is that this will make it much simpler next season when it comes to away and cup games to secure tickets.

“Even if you are not thinking about renewing or buying your Season Cards just yet please spend the time to check this out now, so it is ready for when you are ready to purchase or renew.

“We are here to help if you need us, so please get in touch if you need any assistance.”
