Our First Team play SC Heerenveen at the John Smith's Stadium on Saturday 29 July in a 3pm kick-off and you can come and watch our B Team play the Dutch side for FREE before at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex at noon!
SC Heerenveen will play our B Team side at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex (509 Leeds Road, Huddersfield, HD2 1YJ) at noon on Saturday 29 July, before our First Team game against the Dutch side at the John Smith’s Stadium at 3pm.
Our B Team last played on Tuesday night and will be looking to bounce back from their 2-0 away loss at Hyde United, where we tested against the Tigers’ senior side. The friendly saw Gio Bellagambi and Tom Iorpenda receive a warm welcome back to the Project Solar Stadium, where they were on loan for part of last season.
Our Young Terriers held their own against the senior side and the score remained 0-0 until the 53rd minute when the first goal was scored and then the second was scored in the 84th minute despite the effort to get a goal back – both goals were scored by second half substitutes for Hyde Untied.
In pursuit of getting back to winning ways, we welcome fans to come and support the youngsters at noon on Saturday before you make your way to the John Smith’s Stadium for the First Team game at 3pm – tickets are still available for this friendly by CLICKING HERE.
Fans will be welcome on a first come first served basis to watch the lads at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex, free entry.
Please be aware that parking at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex is limited, so arrive in plenty of time or there might be a chance you will be required to park elsewhere.
