UTILITA GIVING CHARITY SPONSOR 2023/24 THIRD KIT!

25 July 2023

- Huddersfield Town launch 2023/24 Third Kit
- Umbro manufactured kit is black with patterned sleeve design
- Shirt features Utilita Giving, helping fuel breakfast for thousands of local children

Fighting the cost-of-living crisis takes centre stage in the launch of the Terriers’ new third kit for the 2023/24 campaign.

Our principal partner Utilita has donated the front of shirt to its charitable arm - Utilita Giving - to raise awareness of fuel and food poverty across West Yorkshire and beyond.

Utilita Giving’s logo will feature on the front of our striking predominantly black ‘Kit for the Community’, with a multicoloured trim design of petunia, flame scarlet and French blue.

Underlining the theme of the kit, Utilita Giving will donate £2 to our Huddersfield Town’s Foundation for EVERY shirt sold. All monies raised will be ringfenced to pay for the distribution of 6,000 breakfasts to local schoolchildren in need.

Launched with the help of students at North Huddersfield Trust School in conjunction with the Huddersfield Town Foundation, pupils from the school provided the original soundtrack for the Club’s launch video. To learn more about the track and the pupils behind it, CLICK HERE!

Modelled by Michał Helik, Sorba Thomas and Jaheim Headley, our First Team stars were joined by students from North Huddersfield Trust School and players from Huddersfield Town Women.

Utilita Giving was set up to support people in fuel and food poverty across England, Scotland and Wales. From helping households with fuel support payments, to providing community groups with low-cost cooking equipment, to supporting the most vulnerable in their area - they work closely with several national and community foodbank charities and have strong relationships with both National Energy Action and Energy Action Scotland.

Keira Meadus at Utilita Giving commented:

“I’m delighted we’re able to work so closely with both the Club and the Foundation to support local families in fuel and food poverty – and we’re proud to see our name on the front of the ‘Kit for the Community!’”
