As we bring our first week of pre-season training to a close at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex, returning Goalkeeper Coach Ian Bennett sat down with HTTV!
With a distinguished playing career behind him – including a spell at Town where he became a firm fan favourite – he swapped his playing gloves for coaching ones soon after retirement.
Having already coached at Town in the past, Bennett makes another return as part of Neil Warnock’s backroom staff, joining this summer to oversee our First Team goalkeepers. Knowing the Manager well, Bennett has both played and coached for Warnock in years gone by.
